Processing Times
In-stock items are packed and posted as soon as possible, typically 1-2 business days.
Pre-order products are handmade to order, please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for production and dispatch.
During busy periods, product launches, or custom order periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Combined Orders: In-Stock & Pre-Order Items
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order/custom-made items, your order may be placed on hold until all items have been completed. Unless otherwise arranged, all items will be shipped together in a single parcel once your pre-order or custom item is ready for dispatch.

All orders are posted from Mount Gambier, South Australia.

Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship within Australia using Australia Post or another suitable postal service.

Where tracking is included, you will receive tracking details once your order has been posted.

Delays
Once your order has been posted, delivery times are outside of our control.
Jaded Unicorn is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect addresses, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional postage costs to resend the order.

If your parcel appears to be lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can assist where possible.
